Nina Attal – A guitar, a voice, a burst of energy

As part of the 30th edition of the 2026 Summer Evenings, La Croix-Valmer is delighted to welcome Nina Attal – a guitarist, singer, songwriter and composer renowned for her unique blend of rock, blues, pop and folk – on 5 August 2026 at 9.00 pm. Before taking to the stage at the Forum Constantin, the artist gives us an insight into her career and her current projects.

A passion that has become second nature
For the past 17 years, Nina Attal has made music her language. A virtuoso guitarist, singer and composer, she has crafted a unique musical world in which the guitar takes centre stage. In 2025, she released her fifth album, “Tales Of a Guitar Woman” – a deeply personal project blending influences from rock, blues, pop and folk. With her fifth album, “Tales Of a Guitar Woman”, Nina Attal asserts her artistic identity more than ever before. A true declaration of love for her instrument, this album skilfully blends the four musical styles into a world that is at once powerful, sensitive and deeply authentic. Each track tells a story, carried by expressive guitar playing and a voice full of character. On stage, these compositions take on a whole new dimension: the energy, spontaneity and connection with the audience transform every concert into a unique experience. Through her compositions, Nina asserts a sincere artistic identity, driven by infectious energy and a keen passion for performing.

A crucial stepping stone

Although music has been a constant in Nina’s life, it was in 2009 that her career took a real turning point. At the Tremplin Blues sur Seine festival, she won every award presented by the event. This recognition opened the doors to the professional music scene for her. She then set off on tour with her band to perform her own compositions and reach an ever-wider audience. Since then, she has performed at a steady stream of concerts in France and abroad (with 650 concerts to her name across Europe and Canada), driven by her generous stage presence and remarkable mastery of her instrument. Nina Attal has also collaborated with legends such as Steve Jordan (the renowned drummer who has accompanied Eric Clapton, Keith Richards and John Mayer).
A summer centred on the stage
The summer of 2026 is punctuated by a series of festivals where Nina Attal presents her latest album to the public. Each concert offers an opportunity to rediscover her musical world, characterised by power, emotion and freedom of interpretation. “Tales Of a Guitar Woman” is much more than an album: it reflects Nina Attal’s journey and personality. On the album, the artist unveils a sincere world where the guitar is by turns powerful, delicate and vibrant. A musical journey driven by original compositions that come into their own on stage. A concert in La Croix-Valmer that is particularly close to his heart
Nina Attal’s visit to La Croix-Valmer takes on a very special significance.
This date is particularly close to my heart because my parents live in Aix-en-Provence. So I know the region very well and I’m really looking forward to coming to perform here, in front of both holidaymakers and locals.
This close connection to the local area lends a special flavour to this summer’s evening event, set against the exceptional backdrop of the Forum Constantin, between the sky and the Mediterranean.
