Suggestion : Start off the hike around 9:00 am to be back in the village for lunch, or around 2:00 pm to be back for a snack.
Walk up Rue Louis Martin on the left-hand side sidewalk. On the hotel La Rotonde, take Rue Frédéric Mistral, signs will indicate Groupe Scolaire and CCE Air France. Enjoy the view (on your left) on the Bay of Saint-Tropez, Gassin and the plain of Grimaud. Walk past the Château de Chausse. 50 metres after the estate, in the bend, take the path on your left. At the vineyard, open the gate turn right and walk along the fence. You will find a second gate to out of the vineyard. Once you have reached the embankment, take the path on your right, walk uphill (difficult climb). Once at the top of the hill, take the path in front of you. At the intersection with GR51 (green tank n° in front of you), turn left. After the container, turn left and left again after 50 metres. You are on the ridge. Enjoy the view on the bay of Saint-Tropez, the massifs des Maures & Esterel (in winter you can see the snowy Alps). You will reach Les Rochers Blancs, named after the white quartz rocks in the area. After a steep descent, take the path on your right and head back to the village you same way you came. .
