La Croix Valmer Tourisme is open all year long.
From October to March from Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Saturday from 9.15am to 12.00pm. Closed Sunday and bank holidays.
In April, May, June and September from Monday to Saturday from 9.15am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Sunday and bank holidays from 9.15am to noon.
In July and August from Monday to Sunday and bank holidays from 09.30am to 12.30pm and 3.30pm to 7.00pm.
We propose to our visitors a free wifi access. No login, no password, no time limit.

For several years now, the Tourist Office has been engaged in quality processes and labels, thus, since 2012 it has been awarded “Qualité Tourisme” and since 2013 it has been classified as Category I.
Basic criteria of these national requirements :
An easily accessible reception area and the possibility to sit down
Free and reliable information on the local tourist offer for all classified tourist accommodations, for cultural, natural monuments and sites, for events and animations, for leisures, for emergency numbers (digital and paper supports)
Provide tourist maps and guidebooks
Opening periods are posted outside and the tourist office must open at least 305 days/year
Free access to wifi
Provide a permanent trilingual reception service
A trilingual website dedicated and adapted to the consultation via embedded supports
Introduce the qualified offer in the intervention zone for each customer
Provide the availability of classified accommodations
Treat your comments/complaints and measure your satisfaction
Offer a tourist information service including the new information and communication technologies (social media, smartphones, geo-tracking)
